5. URL Ownership and Availability
Personalized URLs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to:
- Reclaim URLs that violate these terms
- Reserve certain URLs for business or legal reasons
- Transfer URLs in cases of trademark disputes
- Deactivate inactive accounts and release their URLs
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ascent Yard Care and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascent Yard Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
